TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT

If a senior manager or director is unexpectedly unavailable through illness or dismissal, we can put an experienced replacement in position quickly, to either overcome a particular business issue or to keep the business running correctly whilst a full time replacement is recruited.

TURNAROUND

Stabilisation and appraisal of the business, including analysis of customers and margins, renegotiating sales, purchase contracts and payment terms. Appraisal and rationalising of management and employee structure.

ACQUISITIONS

Investigation of potential targets including technical, operational and commercial due diligence.
Post-acquisition rationalisation and integration.          

DISPOSALS

Preparation of Information Memorandum, assistance in preparation of management presentations, preparation of due diligence plans, responding to due diligence questions. We can either take over the day-to-day management of the business or handle the disposal, allowing the existing management to run the business with minimum diversion.

Taking a 100% control of a project, co-ordinating all involved parties, establishment of a project plan with milestones, reporting to ownership and delivering the plan.
